Software-Definable Robot Platforms

Built to power the future of Software-Defined Robotics.
Our Software-Definable Robot Platforms are engineered to seamlessly bridge simulation and reality. “Software-definable” means each platform can be fully developed, tested, and validated in a virtual environment such as IsaacSim, and then deployed in the real world without rewriting or adapting control software. This is made possible by our Reverse Digital Twin technology, which guarantees consistent behavior by using emulated controllers that process real-world physics—ensuring that what works in simulation works identically in deployment.
All of our Software-Definable Robot Platforms share a unified architecture, built around a common motion controller that standardizes core functions across all categories. This includes integrated middleware for seamless system communication, appless interfaces for intuitive operation, and built-in safety functions that comply with industrial and service-grade standards. Whether it's an industrial arm, a service robot, or a humanoid, the underlying control logic and software APIs remain the same—ensuring consistent development workflows. The primary difference lies in the hardware components and environmental specifications: industrial platforms are designed for rugged, high-performance tasks, while service platforms prioritize lightweight design, human interaction, and mobility.

Industrial Manipulator Robot

The Pal-I Series is MINTROBOT’s first industrial robotic manipulator, developed as a core platform for high-performance automation. It supports software-definable development and is engineered for real-world deployment across a wide range of demanding industrial applications.

Proven Reliability with Industrial-Grade Components

Equipped with harmonic drive reducers and EtherCAT-based servo motors, the Pal-I Series delivers high durability, precise motion, and stable long-term operation. It is ideal for tasks requiring positional accuracy and 24/7 uptime, such as assembly, inspection, and material handling.

High Positional Accuracy

All structural components of the Pal Series are CNC-machined to minimize elastic deformation under load. This ensures exceptional positional accuracy across the entire workspace, enabling precision tasks like picking and assembling small bolts with reliable repeatability.

Service Robotic Arm

The Pal-S Series is MINTROBOT’s lightweight, modular service robotic arm designed for cost-effective use in education, research, food tech, and other everyday applications. With a software-definable core, it enables flexible development and seamless integration in casual environments.

All-in-One Structure

Pal-S features a fully integrated design with onboard drivers and motion controllers—eliminating the need for bulky external control boxes. Users simply connect power and communication cables, making it an ideal modular component for building compound systems like mobile manipulators.

Optimized mechanical structure

Each Pal-S model utilizes purpose-specific power transmission mechanisms, designed to maximize both performance and affordability. Our expertise in mechanism design gives the series a unique edge over conventional service arms, balancing simplicity with real-world functionality.
